2009-10 District Enrollment News

ALL RETURNING USD 333 STUDENTS:

    Concordia Elementary School Gym

    Monday, August 10th

    12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.

ALL returning district families will enroll at Concordia Elementary School. Please use the 11th Street side, and enter the east gym doors.  You will receive a packet of information and enrollment forms.  You will be asked to sign several forms and verify all student, parent/guardian, and emergency contact information.  Once the forms are completed you will give them to representatives from each building.  You will be able to pay all fees in one location.  Our goal is to make this a "family friendly" process.  

Additional information and food service forms will be mailed out on July 23.  Please continue to check for updates on the website.

Several clubs and organizations will have information booths in the CES commons area.

NEW USD 333 STUDENTS:

    Grades K-4:  Call Concordia Elementary School, 785-243-8853

    Grades 5-6:  Call Concordia Middle School, 785-243-2114

    Grades 7-12:  Call Concordia Jr./Sr. High School, 785-243-2452 or 785-243-2454

Students new to USD 333 should call the respective school(s) to schedule an enrollment appointment.  Enrollment appointments will be scheduled on August 11, 12, and 13, if possible.  Please bring social security number, birth certificate, immunization records and school records.  The Concordia schools will ask you to fill out a request for records form, to send your previous school if you do not have school records.  

All school offices will be open regular hours starting Monday, August 3rd.  If you have questions before the offices open, please call Bev Mortimer, Superintendent at 785-243-3518.

USD 333 Fees:

K-12 Textbook Rental Fees:  $30 per student

Food Service Fees

Lunch:  K-4  ($1.75)    5-6 ($1.90)    7-12 ($2.10)        Adult ($3.00)

Breakfast:  K-6 ($1.10)                    7-12 ($1.15)        Adult ($1.75)

Extra Milk:  ($.35)

Concordia High School Fees:  

    Class fees:  9th grade ($5)    10th grade ($4)    11th grade ($3)

    Driver's Education: ($25) MUST be paid before class starts.  We have a waiting list for this course.

    Laptop Computer Rental Fee:  Grades 9-12 ($50) Can be paid monthly.  Parents and students will also be required to attend a meeting before the computers are checked out.  Students will also be required to purchase a bag for the laptop.  

    Optional-Student Athletic Pass:  Grades 7-12 ($20)
