CES 3rd Grade Presents Patriotic Program
The 3rd Graders at CES put on a patriotic program Thursday, January 26th, in the Concordia Elementary School gymnasium. Their program was titled, “Freedom’s Banner”. Many songs representing our Flag were sung. While the student’s sang their final song, “We the People – An American Anthem”, a power point presentation was shown. Pictures from our area included: wheat fields, sunflower fields, veteran’s, uniforms, medals awarded, trips taken to Washington D.C. (Honor Flight) and others as far as California and Pennsylvania.
Special thanks to our Middle School Pop Productions Class for video taping our evening performance. We also want to thank our faculty and staff at CES for their assistance and Josh Seymour for his help with our sound system. We couldn’t do it without all of you.
