USD 333 Enrollment

Enrollment for Concordia students begins Monday, August 4th. All NEW students have the opportunity to enroll early, by arranging an appointment at the various schools, on August 4th and 5th. Call the schools for an appointment, beginning August 1. New students will need to provide a copy of a birth certificate, (or other proof of identity), and proof of immunizations, or acceptable exemption forms. Students transferring from another school should bring a copy of a certified transcript or similar school records. School personnel will be available during enrollment hours to assist with completion of the enrollment forms and process. (School information listed below.)
All RETURNING students will enroll on Wednesday, August 6th, from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.
Newsletters, containing information and forms about the food service program, have been mailed to all district families. Families new to USD 333 should call the Board office to be added to this mailing list: 785-243-3518. Enrollment packets are available at the USD 333 Board office, or can be picked up on enrollment day at the schools.

Four-year-old At-Risk Preschoolers should enroll at CES on August 6th.
CAP (Concordia After-School Program) enrollment at CES and CMS on August 6th.
Concordia Middle School: Grades 5-6, 785-243-2114, 1001 East 7th Street
Concordia Jr./Sr. High School: Grades 7-12, 785-243-2452, 436 West 10th
Cloud County Alternative High School: (dropout recovery program for adults to earn their high school diploma): 785-243-8811, 301 West 7th Street Course work can be completed with flexible scheduling and using online options.
